Although they were unable to help us with out blown GMC transmission, they were very friendly and they were able to find someone that can speak English for us stranded gringos. They also suggested a good tow company to get us back to the boarder.

I hate when they don't provide the parts numbers, that does not happen in USA dealerships. They are eager to help. Parts department in this dealership treats you like they are doing you a favor.

In their guards they have very arrogant people who do not lose anything in being kind or saving comments repeatedly because it bothers them that they are very possessive in emphasizing comments that I already understood more than 3 times and x ethics and not wanting to have problems with my company and with g, m, I thank you and leave

Sad, I arrived with a flat tire and they charged me 400 to get the spare. They didn't chip my tire 🫠
